BuildYOU! is a new program offered by HBI to raise entrepreneurial spirit among young and new home builders. Based on the science of Systems Thinking, when students are aware of and harness their thinking, they increase their creative, innovative and entrepreneurial attitudes, skills and performance. HBI believes our young generation of home builders will solve today's and tomorrow's most complex industry challenges through their skills and ability to think. While hands-on training is at the heart of what we do, HBI recognizes the importance of building a generation of tradespeople who create, innovate, and exert entrepreneurial spirit!
